# FreeDona Protocol

## Backgrounds

In the development of the Ethereum ecosystem, many teams are facing the dilemma of fund shortages. In order to alleviate this situation, FreeDona, as a decentralized non-custodial protocol which is under the strong support of the Ethereum Foundation, can help users donate the yields generated by their deposits in DeFi projects to the teams that lack funds.
